Coin Pulse Value

The monetary value of each pulse to Coin Pulse input (Pin 6)

Bill Pulse Value

The monetary value of each pulse to Bill Pulse input (Pin 6)

Card Pulse Value

The monetary value of each pulse to Card Pulse input (Pin 7). This should match the setting you have set up with your card swiper hardware.

Seconds Per Coin Pulse

The seconds given for each coin pulse.

Seconds Per Bill Pulse

The seconds given for each bill pulse.

Seconds Per Card Pulse

The seconds given for each card pulse.

Cost to Start

Cost to start for Coin, Bill, and Count-Down card transactions.

Minimum Card Charge

Minimum charge for a card transaction.

Allow Count-Down Card Pulses

Accept 16-200 ms card-input pulses as count-down payment pulses. Disable this for older card swipers that send short setup pulses before starting a count-up transaction.

Allow Restart

Allow the customer to restart the wash with additional coin if the timer runs out.

Message shown while the timer is in the restart window.
Color used for the restart countdown and scrolling restart message.

Detect and resume from power losses, and detect and prevent magnetic tampering "TikTok hack".

Detect magnetic interference used in a popular social-media theft trick where a magnet is waved near the box.

Partial Payment Display

How to display current amount on timer. Inserted will display the total amount inserted so far. Remaining will display the amount remaining to start the wash. You can also set the color used for these partial payment events.

Count-Up Display Type

during a count-up transaction you can display the amount spent, time elapsed, or both. Choosing both will make teh display alternate between both the amount spent, and the time elapsed. You can also select the color used for the active count-up display.

Count-Down Display Type

during a count-down transaction you can display the amount remaining, time remaining, or both. Choosing both will make the display alternate between both the amount remaining, and the time remaining. You can also select the color used for the active count-down display.

Count Down Message

This is the message that displays periodically when the timer is counting down during a card purchase. Leaving it blank to disable. The interval determines how often the message is displayed.

Greeting Message

This is the standard message that displays when the timer is idle. There are a few different options for customizing this display.

Count Up Message

This is the message that displays periodically when the timer is counting up during a card purchase. Leaving it blank to disable. The interval determines how often the message is displayed.

Display Brightness

This controls the brightness of the display screen. Range is 1-255. Max setting may reduce life of display. Set it just high enough to be easily visible during peak daylight hours, typically around 50.

Display Color

Main color of the display.

Scroll Speed

Adjust the scrolling speed of the display. The number represents milliseconds between frame changes. Lower is faster. 12-13 is typical. Scroll speed may be limited when auxiliary lighting is utilized due to the time it takes to update all LEDs

Colon & Decimal Color

Change the color of the colon and decimal points when displaying time and money.

Verifying Card Message

Message shown after a card swipe when verifying the card.

Verifying Card Color

Color of the verifying card text message.

Declined Card Message

Message shown after a card swipe when a card is declined.

Declined Card Color

Color of the declined card text message.

Count Up Finished Message

Message shown after a card swipe when a count-up transaction is ended.

Count Up Finished Color

Color of the text displayed when a count-up transaction is ended.

Count Down Finished Message

Message shown after a card swipe when a count-down transaction is ended.

Count Down Finished Color

Color of the text displayed when a count-down transaction is ended.

Horn Type

Choose between a constant or pulsed horn sound.

Horn Warning Time

At how many seconds remaining does the horn begin to sound.

Horn Length

Length in seconds that the horn will sound once it's triggered.

Horn On Pulse

Sound a short horn pulse when a coin is inserted to provide audible feedback to the customer.

WiFi Settings

Configure the timer's Wi-Fi connection used for online communication. The wifi network must be a 2.4ghz connection. You should avoid dual band (2.4ghz AND 5ghz) or 5ghz networks. Additionaly, Wifi signal can present challenges when mounted in steel meter boxes. You may need to add a WiFi repeater close to your bay if necessary.

WebSocket Server

Configure the websocket server used for the timer's online features, including remote activation and revenue logging.

Remote Activation

You can activate the timer remotely from PogoWash.com using the following settings.

Revenue Logging

The timer can report revenue data to PogoWash.com, allowing you to view sales, track your earnings, verify employee's cash deposits, view coin and bill box levels, and receive internet and power outage alerts.

Firmware Updates

Control whether the timer may install firmware updates automatically and choose the daily time when automatic updates are allowed to run.

Debugging Tools

Administrator tools. Should not be used by customers unless instructed.

Simulate a coin pulses to test the timer's response.

Simulate Bill Pulse

Simulate bill pulses to test the timer's response.

Simulate Card Input

Simulate a card input transaction to test the timer's response.

Firmware Update

The timer's firmware can be updated manually through file upload. Do NOT upload files that are not official firmware updates from POGO Engineering. Doing so can (and probably will) brick the device and is not covered under the warranty.
